steven-tedjamulia-bean-bag2Steven Tedjamulia is a Sr. Product Manager for Vignette Corporation and is a principle driver of the company’s social software strategy. In addition to working for Vignette, Steven is the editor of Collaboration Cast (www.collaborationcast.com) and blogs for CMP media, covering enterprise 2.0 technologies.

Prior to Vignette, Steven was the CEO of VR Recruiting, a consulting company focused on helping recruiters leverage social software and social networks to improve their recruiting efforts. Other prior industry related responsibilities include: advisor to Netkode, a social software and community consulting company; Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for Collanos, an international start-up focused on peer-to-peer social software; and Collaboration Architect and Sr. Knowledge Manager for Novell, where he was responsible for their collaboration architecture and community infrastructure.

Also, Steven worked for TrendIQ as an analyst covering the collaboration market and was the first associate research director for the Kevin and Debra Rollins Center for eBusiness. While at the eBusiness Center, Steven specialized his research on online communities and is currently in the process of publishing two research papers. Steven also worked for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in their eBusiness strategy department, where he was responsible for global web strategies and best practices.
